TILM Qualification

Institute of Leadership and Management Qualificcation Path
You HR is a recognised provider of courses with The Institute of Leadership & Management (TILM). We offer an interactive e-learning experience to obtain an ‘Associate’ grade (Equivalent to level 5) or a ‘Member’ grade (Equivalent to a level 7) approved recognition awards. These programmes are an ideal opportunity for clients and individuals to invest in their organisations and themselves, providing the time and materials to extend knowledge, develop skills and reflect upon their current and future practice. Both of these programmes contain tutor and coaching support.

All programmes are accredited in meeting the TILM leadership and management standards and are awarded by the TILM, a credible and internationally known organisation.

The Associate grade leadership and management programme supports and develops middle managers and is for those who want to develop their technical knowledge, strategic insight and practical expertise. The Member grade is for senior managers and leaders and is ideal for those looking to develop their strategic skills and enhancing their leadership qualities and insights.

Our online materials include resources with relevant contemporary examples, reflective learning activities directly relevant to the workplace and well-structured assignments to embed learning and additional access to the TILM ‘MyLeadership’ resources.
