Holly Wells

Hello, I’m Holly a Graduate HR Adviser at You HR Consultancy

My background:

I spent the first three years of my career working in a retail-based customer service role. I quickly understood that I liked working with people and providing a good service so relished at the opportunity to progress into the NHS. During my three years within the NHS I worked in various role from secretary to recruitment officer and generalist HR administrator. I found the NHS a pleasure to work within, getting to meet all types of people from different walks of life. I joined the You HR team in July 2017 after looking for a new challenge and I have now started on this incredible journey of learning and developing in my career. Within the first year of my employment, I have progressed from a generalist HR administrator to being appointed as the first Graduate HR Adviser for the Consultancy.

My approach:

I strive to bring a fresh and creative approach to everything I do. I really want to provide the best possible service and support my clients.

I’m enthusiastic about helping, I want my work to be of value and of purpose to my clients and their employees and watch them flourish and grow. I’m a slight perfectionist and I love process!

Why You HR Consultancy:

You HR Consultancy is a family to me. We all support each other and we all genuinely want the best for our clients and team. Our work culture is honest and supportive.

My interests:

I love dogs and I have my own Yorkipoo called Wiley. I’m a massive fan of any kind of melted cheese.

I recently went on a career break and accomplished many exciting things in my travels to South Africa and Asia and I’m keen to grow my experiences and visit more places.

I am a social butterfly once I’ve moved passed the shy stage, I love to learn things about others and build trusted relationships across a diverse network of people.
